Because we use real materials and craft methods, subtle batch-to-batch variation can occur in color or character. This is normal and does not indicate a defect.

Prices shown at checkout are the prices charged at the moment of purchase. If a clear pricing error occurs, we may contact you before fulfillment to confirm next steps.
Payments are handled by secure providers shown at checkout. If payment fails, the order is not completed. Successful payments generate a confirmation including your Order ID.
If fulfillment isn’t possible after purchase (rare), we’ll contact you and arrange a refund or solution.
From dispatch to delivery — with realistic expectations.
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Limited drops and peak periods may take longer.
Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, customs, and carrier delays can affect timing.
International orders may incur duties, taxes, or customs fees. These are typically paid by the recipient.
Please confirm your delivery address carefully. We can’t be responsible for issues caused by incorrect details provided at checkout.
Resolution over friction.
Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. For hygiene reasons, opened fragrance products are generally not eligible unless defective.
If your order arrives damaged, leaked, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with clear photos and your Order ID. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days (depending on your bank/provider).
Return shipping is typically paid by the customer unless the return is due to our error. Use tracked shipping where possible.
Oil-based extrait: powerful, concentrated, and meant to be worn with care.
Avoid eyes and irritated skin. If irritation occurs, stop use and seek medical advice if needed.
Oil-based fragrances may mark delicate or light fabrics. Apply to skin first and let dry before dressing. If applying to clothing, test discreetly.
Store away from sunlight, heat, and humidity. A cool, dark place preserves character and longevity.
Properly stored, extraits can last for years. Natural evolution over time is normal.
Keep out of reach of children and pets. If ingested, seek medical attention and bring the product container.
